Kylee Tolman is the one-woman show running each of the Sacred Stages programs. She has experience teaching children in classrooms since her Senior year of high school, and has been teaching children in various subjects and methodologies for nearly ten years. Tolman’s most recent work in teaching has been as a Sixth Grade teacher at Wallace Stegner Academy in West Valley City, UT for the last two years. There, she learned the importance of holistic practices in students’ lives, the vital role that parents and teachers play in children’s developing years, and the strengths and weaknesses within the education system. Her experiences growing up, in the classroom, and in her own healing journey have been the catalyst for the alternative practices that Sacred Stages has to offer. She has learned that balancing consistency and structure with flexibility and creativity are crucial aspects of learning and development for children.
When Kylee is not teaching or providing services, she loves spending time with her Mini Aussie, Auggie, and her husband, Cameron. She enjoys hiking, fishing, snowboarding, framing preserved florals, serving in her calling as a teacher of the 4 and 5-year olds at her church, and beautifying her home for her own enjoyment. She grew up in Richmond, Virginia and will find any excuse to explore the outdoors if it means being surrounded by trees and birds, which is where she feels most at home. Flowers are her muse, and chocolate is her weakness.
